Needs your input before publishing- The legal entity acting as data controller, and its registered address.
- Lawful basis for each processing purpose under UK/EU GDPR, and the equivalent under India’s DPDP Act if you are selling there — the plan has a /solutions/india page, so this is not hypothetical.
- The full sub-processor list: hosting, email, analytics, support tooling, any AI provider used by Pulse.
- Retention periods per data category, and the deletion process.
- International transfer mechanism, given data residency across UK, EU and India.
- Data subject rights process and a contact for exercising them.
- Whether customer data is ever used to train models — for an AI product this is the question people will look for first.
