What the real terms have to settle
Needs your input before publishing- Contracting entity, governing law and jurisdiction.
- Subscription terms: billing cycle, renewal, price changes, refunds — these must match what /pricing states, including the annual "ten months for twelve" arrangement.
- Uptime commitment and remedy, if any is offered. The Desk product sells SLA management, so customers will read this closely.
- Data ownership and export on termination: what a customer gets, in what format, and for how long after they leave.
- Acceptable use, and limits on the AI features in Pulse.
- Liability caps and indemnities.
