How accurate is the revenue attribution?

It is honest rather than clever. Growth records the page and campaign a lead arrived with and keeps it attached, so the headline number is a first-touch fact. Multi-touch weighting sits alongside it, clearly labelled as a model.

Do we need Flow for this to work?

For the revenue join, yes — the deals have to live somewhere Growth can read. Without Flow you get a competent rank tracker and page analytics, which is a much smaller product than the one being described here.
