In ~/Library/Application Support/Treepie/Growth on your computer, with every crawl kept until you delete it.

Can it crawl staging or intranet sites?

Yes. Because it crawls from your computer, anything your machine can reach — staging, VPN, localhost — can be audited.

How do I activate it after paying?

Paste the licence key from your receipt into Settings → Licence, or run `treepie growth activate --key …`.

Pro and Agency include an API key for the local REST API and CLI, so you can trigger crawls and read issues from scripts or CI.

How are rankings checked?

Through Treepie’s rank-checking service, sending only the keyword and market — never your crawl data or site list.

How big a site can it crawl?

Starter crawls up to 10,000 URLs per project; Pro and Agency are limited only by your computer’s disk and memory.

Does it render JavaScript?

Yes, using a bundled headless browser. You can turn rendering off for faster crawls.

Can I schedule crawls?

On Pro and Agency, crawls can run on a schedule while your computer is awake, or from cron via the CLI.

What happens if I stop paying?

Projects become read-only and exportable.

Is there a Windows version?

Not yet. Growth Desktop runs on macOS 14 Sonoma or later, on Apple silicon and Intel Macs.

Does it sync with Treepie Growth?
