Is milestone billing included?

Yes, from Standard. Completed milestones and approved hours raise invoices in Books with no add-on fee.

How does the break-even estimate work?

It divides the plan price by your average billable rate to show how many recovered hours per user per month cover the cost.

Is there an annual discount?

Yes. Annual billing charges ten months for twelve.

Can we pay in local currency?

Yes. Prices are set for the US, UK, UAE and India, with VAT or GST on the invoice where it applies.

Is migration included?

Yes. Projects, tasks and history import from your current tool on every plan.

Can we start on Starter and upgrade?

Yes, at any time. The difference is prorated for the rest of the billing period.

Is there a free trial?

Do freelancers need seats?
