Anyone with an active employee record that month. Leavers stop counting after their final pay run; candidates in hiring never count.

Do managers or HR admins cost extra?

No. Pricing is per employee, so HR admins, managers and staff self-service are all included.

Yes, from Standard. Pay runs, payslips, deductions and journals to Books are part of the price, with no per-payslip fee.

Is there a discount for annual billing?

Yes. Annual billing charges ten months for twelve — two months free.

Can we pay in pounds, dirhams or rupees?

Yes. Prices are set per region rather than converted, and invoices carry the right local tax: VAT in the UK and UAE, GST in India.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Fourteen days on any plan, no card required, with your own data imported if you want.

No. Importing people, documents and pay history, plus one parallel payroll run, is included on every plan.

What if headcount changes mid-month?

You’re billed for the highest number of active employees in the month, so a mid-month starter is simply counted that month.

Can we mix plans across entities?

On Complete, each entity can run its own payroll; all entities share the same plan.

Yes — a monthly minimum of $40 in the US (£20 UK, AED 150 UAE, ₹1,499 India) on every plan, so a very small team pays the minimum rather than the per-employee total. Inside the full suite the minimum is waived.

What’s included with the full suite?
